You can book all of your Urban Fitness TC training sessions online!

  1. Step One: Select the session that reflects your training frequency. If you’re booking a consultation, select Free Session – PT Consultation.
  2. Step Two: Select the instructor you’re currently working with or All Instructors.
  3. Step Three: Select your preferred week and click search to choose from a list of available dates and times.
  4. Step Four: Your appointment will be confirmed by email in 1-2 business days.
