Sports and fitness have always been an important part of my life. As a child I loved being active and have always enjoyed playing a variety of sports. In High School and College I participated in both Tennis and Track and was Captain of my college tennis team. My degree is in business and still work part time for a marketing company but my career passion and focus is now in exercise fitness.
After taking time off to raise my family and working part time I decided to go back and I get a certification in Personal training. I have always believed living a healthy lifestyle and working out go hand in hand and I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with others. For the past 3 years I’ve been working with clients to achieve their health and fitness goals both at the gym and in their homes. I love working with groups and individuals to help them achieve a higher level of fitness. My focus is on helping my clients make good choices and working with them to achieve their goals.
If I’m not in the gym or at a client’s house you can usually find me playing tennis or outdoors doing something active like biking, rollerblading or walking around the Lakes with a friend. I also enjoy reading a good book, creating jewelry or hanging out with my family and shopping with 2 teenage girls.
