Balance work often doesn’t make it into a workout program until it’s noticeably declining. Don’t wait until you aren’t steady on your feet to add balance into your regular routine.
What’s great about these exercises Kaethe shares with us is that you can do them anywhere with little or no equipment. The BOSU ball or a balance disc are great pieces of equipment that you can use during your regular workout to add instability and up the balance training. No need to get fancy or combine with other exercises unless you want to. You can simple stand up, push play and start training your balance now! Stand near a wall if you haven’t trained on a single leg in a while. As you get more confident and develop better balance, move away from the wall.
