Lake Harriet Bootcamp 12 weeks of workouts October-December 2014. 1 hour long exercise session with modifiers that will challenge all fitness levels. Weekly muscle strengthening, cardio conditioning and stretching help our boot-campers maintain a high level of fitness and lose body fat in just 3 workouts a week!
This bootcamp is for you if you need more structure in your workout routine or consistently push your workout to the bottom of your to-do list! If you are a busy professional or parent you can still make time for yourself and be to work by 8am or see the kids off to school. Free your mind and schedule from the constant nagging of “I should workout today”. Get it done early, get it done in 3 hours a week!

**UPDATE: We will likely meet at a nearby park once it’s light enough to do so. It just doesn’t feel right to stay inside then!
Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, 4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55410. We meet in the large basement of this space during winter months, it has high ceilings and wood floor. We will go outside whenever we have good weather as there are hills and parks nearby. Participants are expected to bring a mat and a set of mid-range dumbbells to each session.
FIRST SESSION OF SPRING SERIES STARTS April 6, 2015. All workouts follow the schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:45am-6:45am. *Schedule will likely vary during the week of major holidays.
