Salad with fats that satisfy AND 20+ grams protein

 
Egg, Avocado and Spinach Salad
In a bowl, chop 1/4 avocado and 3 hard-boiled eggs (minus one yolk) into medium sized pieces.  Toss in 1/2 cup fresh spinach, squirt of lime juice and season with onion powder and S & P.
This version offers 20 grams of protein, 23 grams of healthy fats.  Carbs are minimal (8-10 grams).
Leaving all 3 yolks in?  Add 3 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat.
Need a crunch? Add a pinch of Pepitas or sunflower seeds.
