Ready to Go Meals: Caesar Salad

Have a fresh salad all week!
I love this recipe! It is quick and easy and keeps me going all week long. Plus it is way cheaper than buying a Ceasar Salad at a restaurant or the grocery store each day!

  • 5 Chicken Breasts
  • 3 Large Heads of Romaine Lettuce
  • Caesar Dressing
  • Croutons
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 5 Medium containers
  • 5 Larger containers
  • 10 smaller containers (for the dressing and croutons)

Cook the chicken breasts and cut into cubes. Take 5 medium containers. Put one breast in each container. Wash and chop the lettuce and spin or dab as much of the moisture off as you can. Divide lettuce into 5 large containers (with room for the other fixings) and add a bit of Parmesan cheese. In 10 other small containers, portion out caesar dressing and crunchy croutons separately.
When you are ready to leave in the morning, grab 1 of each container (lettuce, chicken, croutons, and dressing) when you’re headed out the door and you’ll have a fresh, crunchy caesar salad each day of the week!
