Plank and Mountain Climber Combination

Here’s a great combination to challenge your core without having to endure minutes of plank. Switch between plank and mountain climbers for 10 seconds a piece and work up to 1 minute each. Try two sets and build up your time each week or every few weeks. Remember to engage your core throughout the exercise to provide support for your low back.
